# Private yoga sessions with Nadine, organised by Hotel SPIESS & SPIESS

> My yoga classes are like little breaks from everyday life, during which you can truly connect with yourself. The focus here isn’t on competition; it’s not about achieving the deepest asana or performing at your absolute best. Rather, it’s about listening to your own body and doing what feels right for you.
Thanks to the small group size and gentle style, these classes are also suitable for older adults (senior yoga)!

# YOGA in small groups

Whether you’re a beginner or have experience with yoga – there’s something for everyone!

Here you’ll find the perfect place to practise yoga in your neighbourhood, in a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of space and modern facilities – right in the heart of Vienna (Hainburger Straße 19, 1030 Vienna – easily accessible via the U3 underground line.

Mats, meditation cushions, yoga blocks and blankets are provided . Our mats are certified to the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and are latex-free.

The yoga sessions take place in small groups in a large, modern room with **air conditioning** and **ventilation**, as well as heated wooden flooring. The room is **completely quiet, situated in the garden area**, and benefits from natural light.

The small group size and gentle style are also ideal if you’re not yet sure whether yoga is for you. Even older adults and beginners can discover yoga for themselves with me! Don’t worry – you don’t need to be exceptionally flexible or contort yourself into strange positions to practise yoga and benefit from it.

Located in the heart of the 3rd district, at Hainburger Straße 19, 1030 Vienna, the venue is quickly and easily accessible via the U3 underground line or bus routes 74A and 4A (Hintzerstraße stop).
The **U3 station Rochusgasse** is only around 100 metres away (Hainburger Straße exit).

Hotel guests and external visitors are very welcome!

## Yin Yoga Small group

Yin Yoga is a calm, passive and gentle style of yoga in which the asanas (postures) are held for several minutes. The exercises are usually performed whilst sitting or lying down; rather than pushing yourself to your limits, you use various props (bolsters, blocks, etc.) to support yourself in the pose and find a comfortable position. In this way, you can stretch your connective tissue and calm your mind.

YOGA ALLIANCE-certified yoga teacher

## Yoga with Nadine

Hello, I’m Nadine Spieß, the proud mum of two wonderful children and, together with my husband Jean-Philipp Spieß, I run the Hotel Spieß & Spieß in Vienna’s enchanting 3rd district.

Ever since my studies (Dr.rer.nat in Biology/Ecology/Molecular Genetics), I have practised Hatha Yoga, and in recent years I have also immersed myself in Yoga Nidra . Now, having completed my training as a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher, I am eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for yoga with others. In addition, I hold a certified Yin Yoga qualification and have undertaken further training in yoga for older adults.

My yoga classes are like little breaks from everyday life, during which you can truly connect with yourself. Competition isn’t the focus here; it’s not about achieving the deepest asana or performing at the highest level. Rather, it’s about listening to your own body and doing what feels right for you.

So treat yourself to a little break just for you – I look forward to accompanying you on your yoga journey!
