Currently free cancellation is not generally accepted.

However we accept free cancellation or modification if it is sure or highly likely that the travel cannot take place at the intended date of arrival because of officially imposed restrictions (e.g. border closure, travel restrictions, travel warnings, no flights possible). Please contact us shortly (about 14 days) before your trip to cancel or modify your reservation.

If the situation for the travel date cannot be anticipated at the momentm but you wish to cancel or modify anyway now, the regular cancellation policy from the time of booking is applied.

In case you have to cancel for reasons of sudden personal sickness, cancelation fees apply. Please check with your travel insurance or credit card provider if you have insurance coverage. We will issue a cancelation invoice you can use to claim against your insurance.

This policy is only valid for reservations placed directly with us. Policy as agreed upon at the time of booking as stated in the confirmation always takes precedence.

Free cancelation within 24 Hours of placing the reservation.

Cancelation fees for cancelations up to 3 month before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + no cancelation fee OR free modification of reservation (depending on availability, rate may be different for different travel dates; no reduction in total price allowed for modified reservation)

Cancelation fees for cancelations up to 1 month before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + cancelation fee of 40% of the full stay’s charge OR free modification of reservation (depending on availability, rate may be different for different travel dates; no reduction in total price allowed for modified reservation)

Cancelation fees for cancelations up to 7 days before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + cancelation fee of 70% of the full stay’s charge

Cancelation fees for cancelations less than 7 days before arrival:
handling fee 40 € + cancelation fee of 90% of the full stay’s charge
