We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The location is excellent for exploring Vienna, with a metro station just a short walk away and convenient parking nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very quiet.
What truly stood out was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast was very good, with high-quality products and delicious bread. If there is one area for improvement, it would be to offer a little more variety from day to day. On one occasion, part of the bread was unfortunately still frozen in the centre, but this was clearly an exception and only a minor blemish on an otherwise excellent experience.
Overall, a top hotel that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna.
Great for a short stay

We used the hotel as part of a short stay package. The staff were welcoming and keen to please. The rooms were large, clean and well maintained. It is the first time we have stayed in a hotel in which we could obtain a range of drinking water (cold, still, sparkling) on demand along with an extensive range of tea.
The location was excellent being within site of an underground station and within easy walking distance of the cathedral.
Large , clean and comfortable.
It was nice that there was free bag storage as we had a mid afternoon flight so we could still sight see without the bags in the morning.
All areas were clean and the room staff were very good.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable, very clean, and everything feels new and updated. We have a nice view and balcony, perfect for a quiet and relaxing moment. It's not in the center of the city but very close to the U3 Metro line. We didn't include breakfast because it's a bit expensive and you need to order the day before, but there are great options in the neighborhood, plus many good restaurants. I think it's a great option for the price.
A Perfect Stay in Vienna

This hotel was conveniently located near the city center, which was easily accessible by subway. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness of the staff—everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast was small but excellent, with everything being organic, which I really appreciated. This stay was exactly to my taste, and I will definitely return on my next trip to Vienna!
Excellent Stay with Great Service and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for sightseeing and airport transfers.
The organic breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh food. We also loved the self-service drinks, which were available throughout the day and added a very nice touch to our stay.
The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was well designed with excellent water drainage and strong shower pressure.
The online check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Most importantly, the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Considering the quality of the facilities and service, the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Vienna.

It is a very nice hotel and we enjoyed staying with you. But there is a problem for people our age! And that are the bathtubs. My sister is almost 80 and to climb into the tub and out is rather dangerous. Why not replace these in some rooms with showers? Older people travel a lot so it would be easier to stay with you and also some more shelfs in the bathroom. The rest was very good especially the breakfast and the size of the room. We would have appreciated a place to relax in some kind of a nice room/bar area

My stay was simply perfect: the room is big and comfortable, everything is perfectly clean, breakfast is just amazing. Also, I liked I had to discover a new part of the hotel just opening another door. Also, thanks for the adaptor, I left it on the desk :)

We booked 2 rooms, one with street view and another with garden view.
As the hotel is located in city house, the rooms are quite specious (not your usual square hotel rooms).
The personnel was helpful and nice.
The neighborhood is quiet, yet within walking distance you’ll find some good dining spots.

This hotel was a fantastic find. Just a 10 min walk from the main station in a really quiet area which led to a perfect nights sleep after partying in the centre. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Huge, spotlessly clean rooms. We would have liked something more than just a kettle and an empty fridge. Coffee and tea bags etc rather than having to walk to the reception to get this.

As always, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and bright and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. I’ve stayed here numerous times and hope to do so again for all my future trips to Vienna..
